Evan McCulty

Asset Manager

Evan McCulty is an asset manager for Seavest Inc.'s portfolio of real estate assets. Mr. McCulty joined Seavest in November 2007 and is responsible for the management and analysis of an extensive portfolio of properties comprising commercial office, medical office, retail and residential assets.

His responsibilities include evaluating real estate investment opportunities and financing alternatives and managing the due diligence process for new acquisition and development projects. Mr. McCulty holds a B.A. from West Virginia University and an M.B.A. from St. John's University.
