Lloyd Mallah

Senior Asset Manager

Lloyd Mallah is a senior asset manager for Seavest's portfolio of real estate. Mr. Mallah joined Seavest in March of 2004 and is responsible for managing a substantial portion of the real estate portfolio. He is also responsible for evaluating investment opportunities and financing alternatives as well as managing the diligence process for new transactions. Prior to joining Seavest, Mr. Mallah worked as an investment banker in Lehman Brother's Global Mergers and Acquisitions department. Preceding his time at Lehman Brothers Mr. Mallah worked as a public auditor for Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Mallah earned his B.S.B.A from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University and his M.B.A. from the Columbia Business School. Mr. Mallah is a CPA licensed in the State of New York.
