Michael Walden

Chief Operating Officer

Michael Walden is Chief Operating Officer of Seavest Healthcare Properties. Mr. Walden joined Seavest in 2011 and serves as COO across all of its business units. Mr. Walden is a business executive with over 15 years of experience in establishing, operating and growing businesses in a variety of industries. He has demonstrated experience in successfully leading operations, business development, corporate development, fundraising and acquisitions within various organizations.

Mr. Walden was most recently COO of American International Lifestyles (AIL), a health and wellness focused holding company. Prior to AIL, Mr. Walden served as Managing Director of Potomac Media Partners, a corporate development advisory services firm. Prior to Potomac Media Partners, Mr. Walden served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at InPhonic, Inc., where he was responsible for strategic partnerships, financings, business development and M&A activities. During Mr. Walden's tenure, InPhonic went from a venture financed start-up to a public offering in November 2004. Mr. Walden's experience also includes serving in various operating positions in venture-funded growth companies in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Mr. Walden started his career serving on the legislative staff of U.S. Senator Arlen Specter in Washington, D.C. Mr. Walden is a graduate of the University of Richmond with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.
